A Bit About Me . . .
I’m a certified, ICF-credentialed coach with over 40 years of experience as a practicing attorney. I’ve worked in Big Law, Fortune 100 corporations, and elite government agencies. I understand the unique pressures that come with the profession—from the constant urgency to the quiet moments of self-doubt no one sees.
I work with attorneys who are successful but stretched thin—people who want to feel more balanced, more fulfilled, and more like themselves again. My coaching style is direct, compassionate, and deeply grounded in lived experience.
My Why . . .
My "why" is because I know I was born for this. I've been getting signals all my life, and I finally stopped long enough to pay attention.
I’ve always been the one that people trust with their toughest questions—about work, relationships, and life. My mix of empathy, optimism, and clear thinking makes me a natural problem-solver. Formal coach training turned that instinct into a profession, and now I help lawyers think clearly, choose wisely, and handle the demands of their careers without burning out.
