We’ll start with a free 30-minute consult to make sure it’s a good fit — because coaching is all about connection. I’ll tell you more about my coaching style and process and answer any questions you have about coaching, about me, or what working together will look like.

Deep-Dive Intake Session:

In Session One, we’ll take a deep dive into what brought you to coaching—your goals, challenges, and everything in between. We’ll chat about how satisfied you are right now in your personal and work life, where you’d like to be, and what’s keeping you from getting there. Then, together, we’ll map out a clear path to help you get there.

COACHING:

Our focus in these sessions will be on deepening your self-awareness, revealing meaningful insights, and moving beyond the barriers holding you back. You’ll be supported as you embrace the powerful changes taking place within you.
